You may request a return within 30 days of delivery when the item is unused, clean, dry, complete, and returned in its original condition with all included components and packaging.
Products that have been used on water, exposed to sand or salt, assembled beyond inspection, altered, washed, or damaged after delivery may not qualify for return.

Eligible condition
Returned equipment must be in resalable condition and include the original product, accessories, manuals, fasteners, repair materials, storage bags, and packaging supplied with the order.
- Unused, unwashed, clean, and completely dry
- No water, salt, sand, sunscreen, smoke, odor, or pet exposure
- No scratches, wear, punctures, modifications, or missing pieces
- Order confirmation or another valid proof of purchase included
Non-returnable items
Certain products cannot be accepted after use or after a protective seal has been removed because of hygiene, safety, or product-integrity considerations.
- Items used in water or exposed to outdoor conditions
- Opened mouth-contact, personal-fit, or hygiene-sensitive products
- Gift cards, personalized items, and products marked final sale
- Products damaged through misuse, improper storage, or normal wear
Damaged or incorrect orders
Contact us within seven days of delivery if your order arrives damaged, defective, incomplete, or different from the item ordered. Keep the product and all packaging until our team confirms the next step.

- Include clear photographs of the item, packaging, and shipping label
- Do not discard, repair, inflate, assemble, or use the item before review
Exchanges
The most reliable way to change a size, model, or color is to request a return for the original product and place a separate order for the preferred item after the return is approved.

Return shipping
Return shipping costs are normally the customer’s responsibility and may be deducted from the approved refund when a prepaid label is supplied. Surflyn covers reasonable return shipping when we confirm that an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Our team reviews the request and sends the applicable return address, packing guidance, and authorization details. Do not send the product to the address printed on the parcel unless instructed.
Pack and ship securely
Protect the product in its original packaging where possible, include every component, and use a trackable shipping service. Damage caused by insufficient return packaging may reduce the refund.
Inspection and decision
Once received, the return is inspected for condition, completeness, and eligibility. We then confirm whether the refund has been approved, adjusted, or declined.
What happens after inspection.
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. The amount may be adjusted when an item is incomplete, returned in a condition different from the approved request, or subject to a return shipping deduction.
Water-exposed gear
Boards, paddling equipment, inflatable products, personal flotation devices, masks, snorkels, and similar products should only be inspected indoors. Equipment used in water cannot normally be returned as new.
Oversized equipment
Kayaks, large boards, shelters, coolers, furniture, and other oversized products may require a specialist carrier. Return costs can vary by product dimensions, destination, and carrier handling requirements.
Order changes
Orders are generally prepared for dispatch within 3–5 business days. Contact support as soon as possible to request a cancellation or address correction. Changes are not guaranteed after processing begins.

Can I test an inflatable product before deciding to return it?
You may carefully inspect the item indoors, but it should not be used in water, on sand, or in an outdoor environment. Inflation may be permitted only when necessary for a basic visual inspection and when it does not alter the product or packaging.
What should I do if the shipping box is damaged?
Photograph the unopened box, shipping label, internal packaging, and product before use or assembly. Contact Surflyn within seven days so the condition can be reviewed while the evidence remains clear.
Can I return a life jacket or personal-fit safety item?
An unused item may qualify when it remains clean, dry, unaltered, and complete. A product that has been worn in water, exposed to body products, washed, or used for an activity is not normally returnable.
Why has my refund not appeared yet?
After Surflyn confirms the refund, your bank or card provider may need additional processing time. Allow five to ten business days, then contact your financial institution if the credit is still not visible.
Can a return be refused after authorization?
Yes. Authorization allows the item to be sent for inspection; it does not guarantee approval. A return may be declined or adjusted if the product differs from the condition described, arrives incomplete, or does not meet this policy.
Where should I send my return?
Use only the return location supplied by the Surflyn support team after your request is reviewed. Do not automatically return an item to the address printed on the original parcel or shown as the business contact address.
