Surflyn orders are reviewed, prepared and packed before they are transferred to the carrier. The standard dispatch window is 3–5 business days and does not include weekends or public holidays.
Carrier delivery estimates begin after dispatch. They are estimates rather than guaranteed arrival dates and may change because of weather, regional service conditions, seasonal volume or destination access.

01 Processing and business days
Orders are normally processed and prepared for dispatch within 3–5 business days after payment and order details are confirmed. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Orders placed outside business hours begin processing on the next business day.
02 Shipping services and charges
Available shipping methods, destination availability and applicable charges are displayed at checkout before payment. Options may vary according to parcel size, product type and delivery location.
03 Delivery estimates
Carrier estimates begin after the parcel has been dispatched. Exact arrival dates cannot be guaranteed because delivery may be affected by distance, weather, access limitations, seasonal volume or carrier service interruptions.
04 Tracking updates
Tracking details are provided when supported by the selected service. A newly issued tracking number may not show movement until the carrier completes its first scan. During transit, the carrier tracking page is the most current source for route updates.
05 Address changes
Contact support as soon as possible when an address needs correction. We will review the request, but changes cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered packing or been transferred to the carrier.
06 Split or multi-parcel deliveries
Multi-item orders may be divided into separate parcels when products require different packaging or handling. Parcels may arrive on different days and may receive separate tracking references.
Delivery protection and support
Keep your order confirmation and packaging until the delivery has been checked. These details help us understand the shipment and guide the next practical step.
Damaged on arrival
Inspect the parcel and product promptly. Photograph the outer packaging, shipping label and affected item, then contact support with the order details so the situation can be reviewed.
Marked delivered
Check entrances, secure areas, household members and nearby delivery locations. Carrier scans can occasionally appear before the parcel is physically accessible. Contact the carrier and Surflyn if it remains missing.
Returned to sender
A parcel may be returned because of an incomplete address, access issue, unsuccessful delivery attempt or refusal. Contact support after the return appears in tracking so available options can be reviewed.
Weather and service delays
Severe weather, natural events, transport restrictions and regional carrier disruptions can delay movement. Tracking will usually resume when the route or local service becomes available again.

Does processing time include carrier delivery?
No. The 3–5 business day window covers order preparation and dispatch. Carrier transit begins after the parcel has been accepted and scanned.
Why has my tracking number not updated?
Tracking can remain unchanged until the carrier completes its first scan or transfers the parcel between facilities. Allow a reasonable period after dispatch before requesting a review.
Can I change the shipping address?
Contact support immediately. We will review the request, but an address cannot always be changed once the order has entered packing or carrier processing.
What should I do if the package arrives damaged?
Keep the packaging and take clear photographs of the parcel, label and affected item. Contact support with your order number and the photographs so the delivery can be reviewed.
